I worked two twelve-hour days last Thursday and Friday. Oddly, it wasn’t bad at all. JB did full school with the kids AND managed a trip to the museum.
A good friend and co-worker is critically ill in SICU. Please pray for Rita. She truly needs a miracle and I do not throw that word around lightly.
She is saved, but I hope it isn’t her time to go home just yet.
Champ doesn’t feel well today. He has spent almost all of it in bed. Or vomiting.
I captured this serenade on Saturday morning before I went into work for my regular 8 hour evening shift. I think she’s magnificent.
We are looking forward to next Wednesday and the arrival of some family from Canada. The kids are jittery with excitement and Champ is counting down the days.
And oh – JB took a few photos while I was working. This is good for a chuckle.
