Thankfully, it is not like it was when he was 4. These days he detects it quickly, does not get as sick, and administers his nebs himself.
But he still likes Mama-hugs.
We went to our friend’s house to meet their new baby.
As we got ready to leave, I went to put my shoes on.
My friend said, “And you say you don’t know where {sic} Skeezix gets it?”
I stood there watching each of my kids put on their shoes and coat, and I sent them out the door. JB had Scooter and headed out. I saw one of my shoes by the foot of the stairs, over by my friend’s husband.
I was totally kidding when I said something about only bringing one shoe. As I walked closer, totally assuming the match was just out of view, my friend’s husband pointed out that there was another one there, but it sure didn’t match. Yup. It was mine. I almost died.
Our lives have changed!
Diagramming sentences is more fun that ever. Heh.
We are the proud owners of a huge dry-erase board. It was used. A man was selling them on Rochester Classified Online earlier this month and we jumped at the chance to own it. As we excitedly purchased his largest one we didn’t stop to ask ourselves if it would fit on the planned wall.
It did. With no more than 3 inches to spare.
And it has already brought countless hours of fun.![]()

I am so far behind in blogging.
Instead of trying to do anything organized about it – I am instead going to try to blog a little something, new or catch-up, every other day or so.
I am busier than I ever imagined I could be. I can’t even explain it.
I blog in my brain three times a day. Making time for this computer is another story altogether.
This is my beautiful dancing girl.
She danced at the rec. ctr. every Tuesday morning for 17 weeks. It was perfect for us. It was inexpensive, low pressure, no recital fees or costumes. Just sweet little girls with joyful smiles.
I love my “Bug,” Angel.
UGH – and now Windows Live Writer isn’t working… nice. Now to cut/paste to blogger. 😛
Good night!
