Each week a student in the 3 y.o. class gets to be the Disciple of the Day. They hold the flag, hold the Bible, and act as line leader to and from gym class. It is a great honor.
It was Johanna’s turn. ♥
Katriel is busy learning all about her world. She spends a lot of time in the “Duck Pond.” (That is the large gated area of the living room. I don’t have a picture, yet.)
When she’s not in the “Pond” she likes to take apart this cupboard.
None of the other kids ever did this. We had too few low cupboards in the other house for me to have a kid-safe cupboard. And I never thought of it with Johanna. Katriel found it one day and now she heads to it every chance she gets. It has allowed Stewart and I to get English 8 done most days. 🙂
It was time.
When your arms aren’t long enough to reach the ends of your hair when you have it up over your head trying to get rollers in it is time to cut it off.
I like long hair… but I get so tired of it. I end up wearing it the same way over and over and over. I am totally that person who can remember what/where/when something was done based on what my hair was like at that time. I like variety. 🙂
I haven’t had a bob since grade three. We’ll see if I like it. I’ve done short-short. And I’ve grown it through the middle stages. But haven’t tried the bob-thing. No highlights either. It’s been since quite a while since I’ve had them. We’ll see how long this lasts.
Johanna loves it.
I love doing art at home.
I pick art projects from www.artprojectsforkids.org and do them in whatever moments we can spare.
