Lockdown has changed our approach to birthdays! 
I didn’t let the mask requirement stop me from going to the Dollar Tree for balloons.  “Essential” is in the eye of the beholder!

She was touched by how we’d gone into decorating.

And Nan brought over some pizza for lunch.  Tab’s favorite: meat lovers.

I went the extra mile to color coordinate her gifts. 

Joy came knocking, too!

Lauren stopped by with a gorgeous sign she hand made Tabitha, as well as home made cookies. 

Tab got a variety of gifts since our normal “Mommy Date” or “Daddy date” wasn’t an option.

But nothing prepared us for the absolutely precious homemade “stuffy” from Katriel.  SO MUCH LOVE!

We went for Over The Top girly for the cake.

It was divine!

It’s hard to play normal when life is so bizarre.  Hanging on tightly to the One who hung the stars.
