It was a lovely Sunday afternoon… but I was very tired. And in my heart, I planned to socialize more. But instead I sat fairly still and contemplated the busy-ness of life. And ate really good food. And did get to visit with the Bradfords.

It was our second year participating in VBS at church, and WOW it was a good time.
About two million kids attended. Katriel was a camper, and Johanna was a preschool leader. I was a student leader.
Mini golf–youth group style!
I got to be a driver for the youth group mini-golf outing.
It wasn’t even a bazillion degrees!

Katriel got to play Whitey in the church musical.
Nigel graciously played the role of the Shepherd.
It was so stinking cute.

Katriel will be in the Fountain Inn First Baptist Church’s production of, “We Like Sheep,” in a few weeks. And today they sang a song from their show for the congregation. I am so grateful for these opportunities, and I love helping out Mrs. Jessi, and Mrs. Carrie as an assistant.

Katriel was Sarah Beth, a little girl writing a letter to her grandmother before their Christmas holiday together.
She did get bored…
But she did well and it was excellent.
